Remove Whiteheads the smart way

Hey everyone, I’ve already touched on a few of the common and even some of the obscure methods of removing whiteheads and acne in previous posts. Since that time I’ve noticed there isn’t really a lot of information out there on what to me seems quite obvious.
I’m talking about diet and lifestyle and how this affects our skin, be it on your face, back or even your chest. Surely what we put into our bodies and how we actually live will make a difference to whiteheads on nose?
I’ve read materials by so called ‘medical experts’ claiming that diet has no correlation to pimples on your face. Why is it that whenever my diet creeps towards high sugar, high carbohydrate content do I notice pimple breakouts? I’m no medical expert guys but I really wonder where these ‘facts’ come from.
Now I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a computer geek and can go days glued to my PlayStation without stepping outside, and whenever this happens, I get whiteheads and blackheads all over my face. So this leads me to believe sunlight plays an important role in not only healthy skin but a healthy body too (i know what you’re thinking, ‘Thanks Captain Obvious!’), yet many people don’t get the right amount of sunlight, and therefore vitamin D to maintain healthy skin, free from blemishes, pustules, whiteheads and blackheads.
The Paleolithic diet and acne
Sometimes I think to myself ‘did people have pimples or acne 100 years ago? 500 years ago? what about cavemen? surely they didn’t need to be popping each others pimples every morning! So it was quite surprising to come across something that seems to have answered some of these questions. I came across the paleolithic or ‘caveman’ diet and how it might be the cure to our acne troubles.
The basic link between this diet and acne is that most of the foods we eat today, in modern society are BAD for us and therefore bad for our skin. Reason being, we haven’t evolved over millions of years to eat donuts for lunch and pizza for dinner. We are evolved to eat red meat, seafood, fruits and vegetables. Not to mention work very hard physically to get it! Basically these ingredients are all we need to not only survive, but thrive!
I imagine I’m going to get some major resistance from sceptical people who believe a diet of wholesome grains and dairy are part of a balanced diet and that cavemen existed thousands upon thousands of years ago and we have adapted to a new diet since then. The fact is we haven’t adapted to the foods we eat today, if we had, we wouldn’t be seeing such prevalent problems in society such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes and acne. We have exactly the same genetic make up as our hunter gatherer and pimple free ancestors.
Personally I have noticed a major difference in my whitehead prone skin just by removing dairy from my diet. I not only feel better but look better also. So if you’re like me, looking for answers and have an open mind. I strongly urge you to look at both your diet and lifestyle and make an honest assessment of where you are and where you want to be
Do you really want to remove whiteheads and blackheads? I highly doubt that chocolate bar you just ate is helping you achieve a clear complexion. Nor is the fact that you haven’t stepped outside all day when we have evolved to spend a considerable amount of time moving about outside. I’m not saying throw your whole life upside down, slap on that loin cloth and find a cave in the forest. I’m merely suggesting we all make good food decisions and maybe go for a half hour walk outside with your dog. Doing so might just be the easiest natural way to remove whiteheads on nose any of us could have imagined.
Peace out, from Jonny!
